Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Online Courses)

Due to the immediate nature of access, all digital product sales are final.
This includes:

  • eBooks and downloadable guides

  • Pre-recorded courses

  • Digital templates or resources

We do not offer refunds or cancellations once the product has been delivered or accessed.

Live Workshops, Events or 1:1 Services

You may cancel any live session or workshop up to 48 hours before the scheduled start for a full refund.

Refunds are not available:

  • If cancellation is made within 48 hours of the event

  • If the event has already occurred

  • For no-shows

Subscription Services

If you have purchased a subscription (monthly or annual), you may cancel your future billing at any time.
Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods already underway.

In the rare case of technical issues or failed delivery, please contact our team within 7 days of purchase for assistance.
